This is a modern apartment with a balcony and private parking located in the center of Dubrovnik city.

The apartment is located in the business district of Dubrovnik which is approximately a 20-30 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to the Old town with a bus stop located next to the apartment building. In a few minutes easy walk you can reach multiple restaurants, bars, supermarket as well as a grocery store and bakery, several banks, ATM machine and two department stores with a variety of shops.
