All of the bedrooms have their own wall mounted mini-split air-conditioning system so rooms can be cooled to your own preference. The fifth and sixth beds are Sleeper Sofas manufactured by American Leather and provide exceptional comfort with gel mattresses. Radiant floor heating throughout provides exceptional comfort without furnace blower dust & noise. Two gas fireplaces provide additional warmth and great ambience in the winter months. Each living area contains a full double sink bathroom, with an additional half bath in the larger living area, allowing maximum flexibility within groups. Downstairs you will find the finished garage with a ping pong table, cornhole and some casual seating. For those with an electric vehicle the car port has a level 2EV charger installed for your use. Enjoy the experience of an outside fire, bring your own wood and ax. A wonderful firepit and outdoor chairs overlooking the adjacent vineyard is available for your use.
