Regenbogen-Fluss-Flucht

Standort Standort! Wenn Sie ganz in der NĂ€he des Flusses mit vollem Zugang zum Park sein möchten, aber nicht auf dem Wasser bezahlen, ist es! Dies ist ein zwei Schlafzimmer mit eineinhalb Badezimmer auf einem riesigen 1/2 Hektar großen GrundstĂŒck. Unser Haus liegt zwei Blocks von unserem Gemeindepark entfernt, der sich am Rainbow River befindet. Der Park verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine Bootsrampe, Grills, Pavillons und ein Volleyballnetz. Um in den Park zu fahren, benötigen Sie einen SchlĂŒssel zum Tor. Es gibt keine GebĂŒhr, es sei denn, der SchlĂŒssel ist verloren, dann gibt es eine verlorene SchlĂŒsselgebĂŒhr von 300 USD.

Das Haus ist voll möbliert mit zwei neuen Queensize-Betten, einem ausziehbaren Queensize-Sofa und zwei Etagenbetten. Wir haben alle notwendigen KĂŒchengerĂ€te wie Mixer, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Topftopf, Bratpfanne, Geschirr und Kochgeschirr.

Setzen Sie sich auf die Veranda und lauschen Sie den Vögeln in dieser ruhigen und friedlichen Gegend. Wir befinden uns 1,6 km vom beliebten KP Hole entfernt, wo Sie mit der U-Bahn, dem Kajak oder dem Kanu den wunderschönen kristallklaren Rainbow River hinunterfahren können.
Regenbogen-Fluss-Flucht ist wĂ€hrend deines Aufenthalts der ideale Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr einen kurzen Fußmarsch hierhin: Rainbow River. Freu dich auf Annehmlichkeiten wie: eine WĂ€scherei.

We dont charge for using the key to our community park. However there is a lost key fee of $300 if not returned.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the rental. The weather was a little finicky while we were there and the house and screened in porch were very comfy. The beds were comfortable, and the house was nice and clean. Over all it was a great stay.

Family Time

We had such a great time! Our trip started off a little rocky with my husband being sick for the first 3 days so that was a bummer but we still made the best of it. The place was just what we needed for our family of 4 and our dog Caya! Richard and Leslie were amazingly transparent and were so wonderful. We had the pleasure of meeting them. They gave us great suggestions. We enjoyed days on the river. Rowing up the river and then drifting back down. They were so gracious in letting us use their river toys! The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the screened in porch in the mornings and evenings. The backyard was perfect for our frisbee dog Caya! We can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Great gem!

We are very familiar with Dunnellon and the rainbow river. This location is great as it about half-way between KP hole and the pickup location near Swampy's. KP hole charges 30$ per person (I believe) and you have to use their tubes. This neighborhood has great access to the river in their own community park. You can use your own tubes and a have a two-hour ride. The property was perfect for our needs, clean and economical. The hosts were prompt at answering our questions. We will return.

Depends

This property’s suitability for you will depend on what you will use it for. If you will be out on one of the areas rivers or other attractions all day and want a place to keep the party going until you go to sleep, then repeat, this place may be for you. My wife and I were in town to visit family, chill, and for me to do a little spring turkey hunting. The neighborhood is a little hit or miss. Some properties were very well cared for, some had uncut grass and junk at the end of the driveway. Literally junk that they obviously hadn’t made arrangements for someone to pick up. This property was well cared for. It is a trailer and we knew that before we booked. I have stayed in trailers that were homey and indistinguishable from a non mobile home. I have also stayed in trailers that I would describe as a hunting or fishing camp, or weekend retreat. This would be the latter. Outside photos may have helped us make a better decision. Now the good part. The fenced in back yard is large and our black Lab really enjoyed playing there. The front porch is really wonderful. It is screened in, has comfortable furniture, and is shaded by tall pines. We spent most afternoons there relaxing and visiting with family. It has a very nice fire pit in the front yard that we did not use even though the March weather was conducive to it. Most of the people we ran into while walking the dog were extremely nice. See other review about one very soft bed, one very firm. It is accurate. There you have it. Make an informed decision and enjoy your time in Dunnellon.

Long Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay and loved the outdoor space they provide. It was clean and tidy, with a lot of extras (soaps, paper products, firewood). I would suggest they get new mattress for both Queens. One is super hard and the other you roll to the middle, but otherwise we really enjoyed the property and our stay.

Perfect location! Pet friendly! Take me back!!

My family and I spent my birthday weekend here over Labor Day and it was perfect from the moment we checked in. Actually even before that, communication with the host was quick, simple and informative. The use of the golf cart was key in helping us setup vehicles at the community area and the pick up area after the two hour float. It was so convenient we did it a few times in one day. They even had extra floats for use in the shed. And they put up a Happy Birthday banner for my arrival. :) I cannot wait to go back!!

Tranquil Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The property was well maintained and very clean. We had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing stay only a short walk from rainbow river. The community park was beautiful and my girls loved swimming/snorkeling in the river.

We would definitely book again!

We had such a great weekend. Plenty of room for 8 adults to sleep. Amenities were great. Essential supplies were provided and there is a Winn Dixie close by for any other necessities. Loved being able to walk to the park to go tubing on the river. Owners are extremely responsive and awesome to work with. Very accommodating during our trip!

Great location for a family!
