To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, please follow these guidelines. Keep the front gate securely closed after visitors or deliveries. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are not allowed indoors; designated smoking areas are in the courtyard. Evidence of indoor smoking will incur specialist cleaning charges. Lost key fobs carry a £25 replacement fee. Complimentary cycle hire is for registered guests only; damage or loss will be charged. Any damage or missing items will be billed please report accidents promptly. E scooters and vaping are not permitted inside. Keep the front gate closed using the magnetic lock. To support air quality, keep sash windows closed and use courtyard windows for ventilation. Candles are not allowed. Each apartment includes recycling bags; food waste may be placed in them and disposed of in the courtyard compost bin. A TerraCycle bag is also provided.
