NOTE: for those who wish to bring a dog ($500 non refundable pet fee), the back yard is NOT fully fenced in. The west side of the fence is missing and I am on a wait list for its repair. Also note, the garage and master closet are not available to guests for use, they are storing my personal stuff while I am gone. There is a closet next to the front door if you need closet space to hang things. There are also closets in the second and third bedrooms.
