Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo (Unit 306) in Purgatory Lodge offer the ultimate convenience in winter or summer as it is located in the heart of Purgatory Village only 50 yards from the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain. This is the best ski in/ski out location at the resort.

Purgatory Lodge contains Durango Mountain Resort's premium amenities including outdoor heated pool with slide, hot tub, workout facility, and family game room adjacent to a private restaurant and bar.

The single level condo is located on the 3rd floor (elevator access) and offers views of Spud Mountain as well as the main base area and the plaza. Each Purgatory Lodge unit has a ski locker.

Bed Configuration (Each Bedroom has a TV):
Master - King Bed (main level)
2nd Master - Queen Bed (main level)
3rd bedroom - Two sets of bunk beds (single over single) (main level)

The Lodge's upper floor, which includes the private bar and game room, is closed during the off-season when the ski resort isn't open (fall and April and May)

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). NO CATS.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
