Bright white painted walls feature hidden bookshelves and coastal themed artwork, along with a wall mounted modern fireplace and Smart TV. A plush leather Chesterfield sofa sits alongside a metal framed glass topped coffee table and two stylish armchairs finished in teal fabric, with a natural fibre rug positioned on the floor. It's the perfect spot for socialising in the evenings with a glass of something nice.

The rear section of the room comprises a modern and well equipped kitchen space. Grey blue wooden kitchen units with a glossy white worktop are designed in a U-shape with the counter to one side doubling up as a dining space, with four comfortable dining stools. A full height fridge freezer sits alongside an eye level double oven, sink with dishwasher under and electric hob. Modern decorative light fittings hang from the ceiling above the dining space and skylights provide ample natural light in the space. The counter dining space is ideal to gather around for a chat and drink while the chef of the household prepares breakfast or dinner.
