✅ VERIFY IDENTITY
The primary guest must provide a valid photo ID for verification before access codes are released.

📞 COMMUNICATION
Guests must communicate promptly with the Host/Manager, including responding to messages and notifying us of any changes to guest count, pets, or the condition/use of the home.

📝 RENTAL AGREEMENT
A signed vacation rental agreement is required after booking.

📹 SECURITY
Security cameras are located at the front door, driveway, patio door, and garage entry door. Cameras are active and recording. Tampering, covering, or disabling is prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Nightly rates include up to 4 guests. Please ensure your reservation reflects the total number of occupants. Additional guests may be charged $10 per person, per night beyond 4, up to the home’s maximum occupancy.

💵 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $500 refundable deposit is required for short-term stays and is collected via credit card pre-authorization (not charged upfront). Most deposits are released within 48 hours after checkout. Stays of 28+ days, large groups, and/or pets staying may require an additional deposit.

🐶PET POLICY
This is a dog-friendly home! Dogs are $15 per dog, per day (plus applicable taxes/fees), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. Pet fees are collected separately after booking via Airbnb Resolutions Request. Discounts may be available for monthly stays.
All pets must be disclosed and approved before arrival. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and immediate eviction without refund.

🧹 MID-STAY CLEANINGS
Stays of 28 days or longer require a mid-stay cleaning at least once per month. Each service is $129 and will be charged on the day of cleaning. Cleanings will be scheduled at a convenient time during your stay.
