The space
Our rental season starts on May 1st.

This private separate stand alone 1 bed/1bath guest cottage is called The Beach Cottage, there are 2 other private 2 bed/ 2 bath guest cottages also on the property called The Ritz and The Rex, both are located on a unique 5 acre waterfront marina property in East Hampton, overlooking Maidstone Park Beach.

If you are going to stay in the Hamptons, why not stay on the water? It's much cooler on the water than inland.

The cottage enjoys spectacular sunsets and a cool breeze off the water. Launch the two-person and single sit-on-top ocean kayaks directly from the end of the property and enjoy the nature & beauty of East Hampton's 3 Mile Harbor Harbor

This is an expansive property with wide open views of the water, natural grounds and gardens. Its very pretty and in immaculate shape.

The property is not your typical suburban backyard.

The private 1bedroom/1 bath cottage is very comfortable (you have the entire building), the bedroom has a top quality high density foam king size bed.

All new fixtures and appliances, with an extremely efficient air conditioning system. The cottage has recently upgraded with 24 solar panels on the roof, green power now provides 100% of the electrical needs

The Beach cottage has a 500 speed modem coupled with ultra fast WiFi 6, fiber optic cabling and redundant internet connections for streaming, posting pictures or remote working

Enjoy a private tennis court, tune up your game with a bucket of new balls and ball machine, practice for as long as you want, private instruction available.

There is a short game golf practice facility on the property. Work on your short golf game with our pitching/putting green from multiple approach angles and a crushed white marble sand trap.

6 bikes are available for you to enjoy

There are FOUR 2-person sit-on-top ocean kayak and 2 single kayaks, which can be launched from the property, there is no additional cost to use them.

Walk to Maidstone Park Bay beach, with lifeguard. Or visit the spectacular Ocean Beaches 10 minutes away

East Hampton Town Ocean and Bay Beach Parking pass is included. Keep in mind this is a parking pass, the beaches are open. You can walk, bike or kayak to the bay beach, its extremely close.

The Ocean Beach is open at Hither Hills State Park for a $10 parking charge.

East Hampton Ocean Beach is spectacular.

Charcoal BBQ grill and outdoor dining area, bring your own charcoal.

The cottage is well equipped for cooking, it has many utensils, serving plates, coffee maker, microwave and full stove.

Has freshly washed sheets and bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

No charge for use of bikes, kayaks, tennis court with racquets, balls and ball machine, golf practice green and clubs, ocean/bay beach pass.

The entire stand-alone 1 bedroom cottage is available for rent to your group, it is rented in its entirety and not a per bedroom basis. It's all yours.

The cottage sleeps only 2 people, for additional guests contact the host.

Unfortunately we do not allow any pets in The Beach Cottage, we have never allowed pets in this cottage, its safe for those allergic to pet hair.
Our other cottage The Rex allows pets, please check for availability in the Rex if you have a pet.

This property is zoned commercially as a hotel, has a valid certificate of occupancy, is inspected annually by the East Hampton Fire Dept and meets all building code regulations. It is exempt from the East Hampton Rent Registry Regulations.

Guest access
No charge for use of the 6 bikes, 6 kayaks, tennis court with racquets, balls & ball machine, golf practice green & clubs, and Ocean/bay beach pass.

The bay beach (much warmer than the Ocean and very safe) is visable from the property, it's a short walk (5 minutes) around the Cove. You can also kayak there (5 minutes), bike ( 3 minutes), or drive (2 minutes).

Kayak to Dayton Island (see Google Maps), a perfect place to bring a bottle of rose and relax.

The Ocean Beach, is a 10 minute drive away, an ocean beach pass is included for all Ocean Beaches from Atlantic Ave Beach in Amagansett to Montauk.
