This home features a primary bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom on the upper level, two luxuriously appointed additional bedrooms, one including a queen bed, and the other with 2 double sized beds.

The pool and hot tub will open on May 8, 2026. The pool is open seasonally. If weather permits, it may remain open through the end of September and potentially into mid-October.

This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to completion of the background check with 72 hour minimum notice period after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.



The pool and hot tub will close for the season on October 10, 2025, and will no longer be available for guest use until further notice.



If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee.



Kindly take note that the maximum temperature achievable through the pool heating is 80 degrees.



This home contains an environmental sensor that is remotely monitored. There is a strict zero tolerance excessive noise policy at this home that if violated, will result in immediate removal from the home.



Do not use the wood-burning fireplaces within the home.



Landscaping, pool company, and pest control maintain a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.



Note that the wine fridge in the photos does not work and is inoperable.

Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $150 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Security Deposit Policy:

Please note that this property requires a $2,500 credit hold for stays at this property to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
