Home away from home. Perfect for family get together.

Excellent experience. Chris was an awesome host: informative, responsive, and very pleasant to deal with. House is spacious, meticulous, and has all the amenities of a typical home. We were very comfortable with 5 adults and 2 children. Kids (7 & 9) loved the huge 3rd floor bedroom/playroom with oversized bunk beds and lots of toys. Close to I-95, Yale University, Tweed airport but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.

Perfect Home for Weddings or Vacations!

This property was absolutely perfect for our daughter’s wedding weekend. It is only a 3 minute drive to Amarante’s Sea Cliff and Anthony’s wedding venues. Beautiful views out the front windows and very spacious to accommodate all our family and plenty of room for our 9 bridesmaids to get ready for the wedding. The house has everything you need and a very nice outdoor patio and 2 grills. Great for a large family! Chris, our host was very responsive and kept me informed about any details of our stay! Chris is very easy to work with and we appreciated his great communication. He made it stress free! I’m so happy we found this beautiful home for our special wedding weekend. I highly recommend this property!

Amazing

Chris was an excellent host! He was so accommodating and senstive to our needs. His home is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what er needed to host a large Thanksgiving dinner. His house was the perfect place for my husbands family and my family to be under one roof and special memories were created there. Yale Football Family Reunion

This property was perfect for a multi-generational family reunion. The open and comfortable layout was ideal for group meals and after dinner games. The location is amazing. Walks to the Lighthouse was a daily occurrence and easy access to grocery stores. Very convenient to New Haven (5 miles) but quickly out of the 91/95 traffic. Chris is a great host. Had lots of great recommendations that made our stay comfortable and memorable.

Girl’s getaway - not so far away !!

This house was above our expectations. Spotless. Though it was very spacious it set a cozy atmosphere for our rainy weekend. Fully stocked kitchen which made it a breeze for our private chef to whip up a fabulous brunch. Large dining table was perfect for meals together and for game night. Comfortable beds. Huge screen tv’s equipped with all the premium channels. We ladies wished we could have stayed another day. We are surely doing this house again in warmer dryer months so we can enjoy the inviting backyard and walk to lighthouse. Chris impressed us by promptly answering all questions during our stay. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Loved It. You will 2 - Trust me!!!

It's a long story but gotta make it short and easy. We'd live at this house tomorrow. My kids just had a blast - a serious blast. For 3 days and nights - they did not want to leave the play area upstairs. The house was organized, everything labeled and the little things (which are really big things) -- were all in the right place or some note to tell us where to find them - my wife enjoyed that -- that must be a woman to a woman thing. We love the house, we love our host and we are eternally grateful for the memories. See you next year. The Beach House (that's the name the kids gave the house) Cheers!!!

Wedding

We stayed the weekend for my daughters wedding at Anthonys Ocean View. The house is pristine, bright, cheerful, open and the views are amazing. The beds are so comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. Perfect lighting and setting for pre-wedding pictures. We would have liked more closet space. Most closets were full and no hooks available to hang clothing. Otherwise, perfect plave for a wedding!

This is the place to stay!

This house is incredible! It is both gorgeous and the perfect place to vacation/staycation/host friends and family at for local events. The amenities are above and beyond and you truly feel at home (if your home is a pristine and thoughtfully decorated). My friends and I are so happy we found this gem and are figuring out the next time we can find an excuse to get together here!

Great Stay!

We were in New Haven for a Yale graduation and this home was a big win! We were only 12 minutes from campus and it was great to come back to a clean and spacious home to relax. The house is just as it’s pictured and Chris was excellent to rent from. We would definitely recommend for groups staying in New Haven!

Dream house

The second we walked into Chris’ house we were collectively floored! This is a goals type of house! Huge, comfortable, and beautifully decorated! Chris was an amazing host, easily the most accommodating I’ve ever worked with! He was attentive to any question, had plenty of suggestions, and was super flexible! We enjoyed our stay and honestly wish we could have stayed longer! If we’re ever back on the New Haven area we would certainly stay again!

Perfect location for a family weekend.

We stayed at this home for our wedding near by. This home was perfect for accommodating my family and teenagers who came from out of town. Chris was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The home was clean and well maintained. It was also fully stocked and we felt very comfortable there. There was plenty of space for everyone and it was perfect for getting ready and relaxing after the festivities. I highly recommend this rental!

Cousin reunion

We loved our stay at this house. It was a perfect place for two families with tweens/teenagers! Lots of space to spread out - it feels even bigger than the photos suggest. The house also has incredible light with a lovely yard and views. It's an easy walk to beautiful Lighthouse Point Beach. The kitchen is fully stocked too.
