Our home is located 1.5 hours from NYC and Philadelphia. It's nestled in the tranquil gated community of Penn Estates but only 15 mins from downtown East Stroudsburg. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom is a comfortable retreat. You will enjoy lakes, skiing, waterparks, hiking, white water rafting, wineries and more nearby!

★Exterior★

When you drive up to our property it will be the only dark-green colored home on the street.

At night the street is dark, there is an exterior light that will illuminate the garage entrance and the front door light will be kept on for your arrival.

Driveway: Be careful as you are entering into and out of the driveway, there is a small drainage area to the left and right of the driveway. A maximum of 4 cars can fit in the driveway. No cars can be parked on the street at any times.

★First floor★
Foyer/Entrance: Upon entering into the house, you will be in the foyer, where you will find:

Shoe storage to the left, and coat hangers to the right. A bench is located opposite the entryway door.

Downstairs Bedroom (to the left as you enter): King bed. Workstation. Dresser. Nigh tables.

Game room (To the right as you enter):

Garage cannot be used to park your vehicle
Garage door can be manually opened to charge your electric vehicle, and to use the BBQ.
Garage has the firepit that can be used outdoors.

★Second floor★
As you enter the home, the staircase to the second floor brings you to the main living area:

To the left are three 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms:

Bed 1: Master. Queen Size Bed. Full bathroom. Dresser. TV. Bedside tables. Closet with hangers.

Bed 2: Bunk bed. Full bed (bottom). Twin (top). Trundle. Dresser. Closet with hangers.

Bed 3: Bunk bed. Full bed (bottom). Twin (top). Trundle. Dresser. Closet with hangers.

Please note that there are 2 full bathrooms. They are both located on the second floor. There is no bathroom on the first floor.

Upstairs
Family Room/Dining Area:

Large couch. Throws. TV.

Expandable dining table: Can be extended to fit up to 12. Currently seats up to 10.

Kitchen:
Fridge (No ice maker, so make sure to fill the ice tray).
Dishwasher. Oven. Microwave. Toaster. Coffee Maker. Tea pot. Blender.

All kitchen essentials (including wine glasses!).

Washer/dryer.

★Outdoors (backyard)★
Two ways to the backyard. Game room and kitchen.

Firepit. Adirondack chairs (8)

Games for outdoors: Pickleball net and rackets.

BBQ Grill- stored in the garage.

We do not provide propane for the grill or wood for the firepit. There is an honor system where guests leave full tanks or wood behind for the next guests to use and so forth.

You’ll also find chairs for the pool and beach stored in the garage. We have beach towels and a cooler in the master bedroom closet.
