Welcome to the Fancy Poconos Castle & Indoor 10+ Hot Tub. Our home is Located in Blue Mountain Lake Community, one of the #1 Gold Star Rated communities in all of the Poconos The Fancy Castle has a style of its own With Its ambient open concept, and an abundance of natural light coming through the floor-to-ceiling windows, 1.25 acres of exciting activities and amenities all at your disposal! The 6,600 sq/ft Fancy Ranch Home includes the swim spa, a minute walk to lake through the trail right at the backyard, outdoor deck space for guests, fire pit, and movie theater to create a Spectacular stay and yet very convenient location in the heart of the city of Poconos!!!

Enter the Fancy Castle to a large, open concept living / dining room + fully equipped kitchen. Two Living rooms has plenty of seating, fireplace, a 82 inch smart TV to watch all your favorites, two luxurious dining tables.

Let’s pause the tour put on some swimming gear and enjoy a cold winter day in the beautiful gigantic SWIM SPA!!! Have you ever heard of a SWIM SPA? A SWIM SPA is double the size of a regular hot tub with much more cool features. It can seat up to 10 people, plus has 2 built-in Bluetooth speakers, LED lights to light up the swim spa, and it also has its own TV and BAR.

-SWIM SPA IS OPEN ALL YEAR LONG
- PLEASE BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS AND SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK AS SWIM SPA IS AROUND 4-5 FEET DEEP
- SWIM SPA MAINTENANCE IS DONE AFTER EVERY CHECKOUT BY OUR MAINTENANCE CREW MEMBERS.
-NO DIVING IS ALLOWED
-PLEASE DO NOT PRESS/TURN THE 'BEAR CLAWS' ON THE SWIM SPA.
- PLEASE BE SURE TO TURN OFF THE HOT TUB WHEN NOT IN USE
-ENSURE THAT HOT TUB IS KEPT SANITARY AND DISPOSE OF GARBAGE ACCORDINGLY

Pets are not allowed without first paying the pet fee of $200 per trip. We have had incidents of guests and family members severely (anaphylactic) allergic to animals. Hence why a cleaning fee will be serviced prior to each pet stay by our cleaning crew members. Please notify us so that we may take appropriate measures and notify our cleaning crew!

Kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. We offer high quality pot/pans, plates, cutlery, Beer Mugs, Wine Glasses, shot glasses, Traditional coffee machine. Toaster, Kettle, Basic seasonings.

1) Master Bedroom King Suite - Extra Large King Bed (Sleeps 2)
2) Children’s Bunk Bedroom- 2 Twin Beds, 2 Full Beds, 1 Queen bed (Sleeps 6-7)

Lower Level:

4) Left Side: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
5) Right Side Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)



*Additionally, we provide 3 self-inflating Queen/Twin size air mattresses for your convenience as well as a mini baby crib. (All located in the Master Bedroom’s walking closet)
*All bedrooms have ample space for storing clothes/luggage.

PATIO & BACKYARD
Our beautiful patio comes fully equipped with:
-Charcoal BBQ Grill (we DONOT provide charcoal or charcoal/lighter fluid)
-Gas fire pit
-Two seating areas to sit and enjoy the fresh air and the views

* We do provide propane tanks for the fire pit but, we do not guarantee the amount of propane on site. You may have to swap/refill tanks as needed during your stay.


TV’s
*The home is equipped with a total of 6 TV’s. All the TV’s have a Amazon Firestick connected to them. Please place the remotes for each TV back in its remote holder on the wall, as there will be a fine of $100 for any missing remote.

The home is equipped with a comprehensive first aid kit. (BLUE BAG) The kit is located in the kitchen drawer right next to the toaster.

Two Fire Extinguishers are provided in the home. One at the end of the laundry room and One in the lower level, on the playroom wall.

Canoe/Kayak
We have TWO private Canoes/Kayaks located at the Blue Mountain Lake, it is a 2 minute drive from the home. Please ensure that you bring BOTH the Canoes/Kayaks back to its original location with their paddles. A missing paddle or damaged Canoe/Kayak will be charged a fine. Use the Lake at your own risk.

★BLUE MOUNTAIN LAKE ESTATES AMENITIES ★

All guests must abide by all community rules and guidelines during their stay. Amenities Registration has a $99 one-time charge which covers you for the length of your stay and is payable directly to the host. Same day reservations may not have access to pool as there may not sufficient time to register guests unless your stay exceeds 2 days as it could take up to 2 days to complete registration process.

FIREWORKS 💥 IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE WITHIN THE COMMUNITY. ANYONE DOING FIREWORKS ANYTIME OF THE YEAR WILL BE FINED $500+ AS PER COMMUNITY RULES.

*NOTE* A MAX OF 12 POOL PASSES CAN BE ISSUED PER RESERVATION AS PER COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Amenities includes the following:

*Access to the Blue Mountain Lake, community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer field, children’s playground, water spray park, gazebo, lake access (Blue Mountain Lake) and walking trails.

*Tenants must register in advance and fill out Amenities Registration Form provided in welcome email a minimum of 48 hours in advance to allow for sufficient processing time. Same day reservations may not have access to pool as there is not sufficient time to register the guests.

The house includes a total of 2 washers and 2 dryers located right behind the kitchen, next to the half bathroom.

Explore further on to our Master Bedroom with its own TV, and beautiful view of the jungle. The Master Bedroom also includes 2 walking closets, as well as its own Master Bathroom, with two vanity sinks, a luxurious shower, and its own jacuzzi hot tub.


Right next to the Master Bedroom is the Children’s Bunk Bedroom. It includes a total of 5 beds. 2 Twin Beds on top level, and 2 full Beds on lower level, with a Queen Size Bed in the middle of both bunk beds.


Right when you go down the stairs, to the lower level, is the Entertainment Room. Our game room consist of multiple fun activities, such as:

The Fancy Castle also includes a movie room which you can sit and relax on our lazy seats, trust me you will love those seats, especially the red one. We have an Amazon Firestick connected to the Projector, where you can watch your favorite movies. **For your enhanced security, the home has three exterior cameras located outside in front of the home and garage door. The home also has a Ring Doorbell.*

Please Be aware: You are responsible for your guests. Your credit card will be on file with Vrbo. Damages, excessive cleaning/trash pickup/cigarette butts, etc are all subject to security deposit fines.

*The Lake in the back of the house is not accessible to guests. That lake is NOT part of Blue Mountain Lake Community, and will be considered TRESPASSING if anyone uses it. The Blue Mountain Lake Community has its own lake, 'Blue Mountain Lake' which is a 2 minute drive from the home, and two of our kayaks are located at the community's lake, which is accessible to ALL guests. Max 5 cars is allowed in the driveway. Any additional cars would have to be parked outside of the community. FIREWORKS 💥 IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.
