Right off of the game room on the bottom floor is a bedroom with a king bed & ensuite bathroom. Right across the hall is a second bedroom with a full size bunk bed + twin trundle pullout. The top floor is filled with the remaining three bedrooms, each with king beds & gorgeous views of the Poconos forest.

Each floor has its own bathroom! On the bottom floor, the king bedroom has its own ensuite. The main level has a full common bathroom that is shared with the living spaces & kitchen. The top level has another full bathroom that is shared between all 3 remaining bedrooms.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
