- Third Floor (King Room): Spacious king bed + ample closet space

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

COMMUNITY REGISTRATION (Required)
- Guests must register with Penn Estates HOA before check-in. Only registered guests and vehicles are permitted.
- Max: 12 guests & 4 cars (no street parking)
- Late or missing registration may result in entry delays
- Guests registration and fee are required with Penn Estates community at least 7 days prior to check-in. Reservations or registrations made less than 7 days before check-in will incur a $100 late processing fee (Penn Estates policy). Any changes to the guest registration form made within 72 hours of check-in will incur a $75 HOA rush fee.
- Guests will receive 12 community badges which can be used to access the community’s amenities. These passes are for entry to the pools, beaches and lakes (you do not need for recreation center or courts)


HOT TUB
Free to use, but not heated continuously. Allow time for it to warm up before use. Our technician may refresh the water during deep cleans, which can take up to 24 hours to reheat. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Two exterior cameras (front door & driveway only) record for safety and property security.

HOME DETAILS
There are multiple sets of stairs in the home.
