The lovely spiral staircase will take you to the relaxation loft, where you can unwind after an adrenaline-fueled game session.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Our home does allow for accommodating them. We charge $150 for pets to be included in your stay and require vaccination records when registering your pets. Please note that the it is the responsobility of the owners to ensure pets do not damage any furniture and are watched at all times. any damages will be charged back to the guest.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ The Poconos Wild Life★
As this is the Pocono Mountains, it is standard to see wild life such as deer, squirrels and other animals surrounding the property. Please refrain from engaging the animals for your safety. Please consider this prior to booking your stay


★ OUTDOOR POOL ★
The outdoor olympic size pool is accessible to our guests from Memorial Day - Labor Day through the local amenity center. Owners provide guest passes for access
