Located in North Eastham in a quiet neighborhood, this spacious five bedroom, two bathroom home is a great vacation spot for large groups of family or friends. You will be just four minutes from Sunken Meadow Beach and five minutes from Cooks Brook Beach on the bayside, nine minutes from Marconi and Nauset Light Beaches on the oceanside, and four minutes from the Cape Cod Rail Trail.



Before you walk through the front door, you will notice the large deck that wraps around from the side of the house to the back, overlooking a spacious private yard with plenty of space for summer yard games. Enter the home to find a large open living and dining area with all brand new furniture. The living area features two comfortable couches along with a couple of armchairs and plenty of floor space. There is a brand new eight-seat dining set with two more seats at the kitchen counter overlooking the clean white cabinets and new stainless steel appliances throughout the kitchen. Walk down the hall to find a full bathroom with double sinks and a shower, then you will get to the primary bedroom with a king bed. There is another living area on the 1st floor with a couple more couches, a brick fireplace (not for guest use), and smart TV for streaming.



Walk up the stairs to the second floor and you will find four more bedrooms and another full bathroom. On the left side is a bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with three twin beds, on the right is a bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with a full bed, and a full bathroom with double sinks and a shower is in between. Both bathrooms in the house feature a laundry shoot, which leads down to the basement next to a brand new washer and dryer for you to use. Other amenities include WiFi, window A/C units in the bedrooms, a grill, and sheets and bath towels provided with beds made upon arrival. This home also allows one dog, so don’t forget to bring your pup along!
