Four Season Modern Cape Cod Cottage

This light-filled and welcoming cottage is perfect for small families or two couples who want a quiet space close to everything! Located in the heart of Eastham’s Historic Town Center & steps to Salt Pond and the National Seashore Visitor Center and a short bike ride to the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail. Only minutes to many of Cape Cod's most beautiful beaches, Coast Guard and Nauset Light on the ocean, and beautiful Cape Cod Bay beaches like First Encounter and Campground Beach. (In July and August we rent Saturday to Saturday only.)


We have mini-split heat and AC units. There is a unit in the main living area and each bedroom has a separate unit with individual thermostats for your comfort.


Both bedrooms have high-quality queen-size mattresses, pillows, and linens (including towels). A pull-out coach is available for larger families, but linens are not provided for this. The bathroom includes a shower and tub and a washer and dryer. Enjoy the modern decorations and finishes or spend your time outside using the outdoor shower and dining space for four on the deck abutting a natural wooded area great for bird watching. Access to beach chairs on-premises. We provide some basic amenities such as dish and hand soap, cleaning supplies, paper towels, and toilet paper.

You’ll have access to the entire cottage (minus the loft and basement) and parking for two cars.


Eastham is home to a variety of fantastic bars, restaurants, food trucks and delis, with something for everyone. You can also find bike rentals, boat rentals (paddle), mini golf and smaller grocery stores (Eastham Suprette). It is minutes from both Orleans and Wellfleet. Both offer many dining and shopping options as well as retail shops, mini golf, a drive-in theater (Wellfleet), and more.

The house is about a quarter mile from the rail trail which is family-friendly and leads to many attractions and eateries. The house is nearly across the street from the entrance to the Cape Cod National Seashore, a few miles from a number of bay beaches, and only a bike ride away from the Great Pond. Though this requires a pass during normal day hours, it’s available to anyone on bikes (or you can purchase a pass).

Eastham is also home to a variety of fantastic bars, restaurants, food trucks, and delis, with something for everyone. Enjoy lazy summer days in the sun or explore the Cape with long walks, dune hikes, or bike rides on the famous paved Rail Trail close by. Close enough for trips to Wellfleet or out to Provincetown at the tip of the cape or head the other way to visit Chatham, Brewster, Dennis, and more.
