This property is in an ideal location on the Wellfleet line!!! Come and stay at this 3 bedroom home located just over a half mile to beautiful Sunken Meadow Beach, one of Eastham's most lovely bay beaches and close to the Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary.
The space
Our home recently underwent a sizable renovation which included all new furnishings and household supplies. There are three ample sized bedrooms, a large living room with floor to ceiling windows, a dining area, an updated kitchen with new stainless appliances and a large bath. Off of the living room is a roomy deck with a grill and a large wooded front and back yard for plenty of games and relaxing. There is a hot and cold outdoor shower enclosure and an outdoor fireplace in the back yard.

House will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with a commercial grade sanitizer prior to check in. Information provided upon request.

The yard will be regularly sprayed for ticks and mosquitos from spring until fall using a non-toxic spray which is not harmful to pets or humans according to the pest management company.

Most of the bay beaches and the two ponds in Eastham do require a permit. Stickers will be required beginning June 17 through Monday September 5. There is no charge to walk in or bike. The weekly pass is $120 for 2023.
There are three bay beaches that you can pay for by the day for $30 which are First Encounter, Campground and Cooks Brook. The one closest to us, Sunken Meadow, does require a permit but Cooks Brook is also pretty close. Also, the beaches on the National Seashore are all pay by the day for $35. You can get more information at the Town of Eastham and National Seashore websites.

We are about a half a mile from Sunken Meadow beach and we do have a beach buggy to load things if you do walk. We also provide beach chairs, umbrella and some beach toys. The walk is approximately 20 minutes or so. The route is on a quieter side street. You can also rent bikes from Idle Times bikes which will drop off and pick up bikes at the house.

Nightly rates do not include taxes or service fee. There is also a $500 security deposit hold on your credit card required.
