This four bedroom waterfront home blends lakeside outdoor living with multiple gathering spaces inside, including a lower level game room and bunk retreat. Evenings settle around the shoreline fire pit or on the deck overlooking the cove, with calm water reflecting the lights of the home as the day fades.
A still morning on the cove sets the tone. The water is calm, the dock sits just steps from the lawn, and kayaks and paddle boards wait at the shoreline for the first quiet ride of the day. Coffee moves easily from the kitchen to the deck where the lake becomes the backdrop for the entire stay.
Afternoons unfold outdoors. Some gather near the water, others drift between the dock and the lawn, while conversations carry across the deck as meals are prepared and shared. The home’s location in a protected cove keeps the setting peaceful, allowing the rhythm of the lake to move at a slower pace.
Inside, the layout provides multiple places to gather or step away for a moment of quiet. Bedrooms are arranged across levels to provide comfort and privacy, while the lower level introduces a dedicated entertainment space with a game room and a bunk area that often becomes its own retreat for late-night movies, games, and conversation.
As evening settles in, the shoreline fire pit becomes the center of the property. The last light reflects across the cove, dock lights begin to glow, and the lake returns to stillness again.
Located along Lake Oconee, the home offers water access from a private dock with nearby marinas, dining, and everyday conveniences just a short drive away.

This property welcomes pets! Please note that there is an additional $200 pet fee for bringing your furry friends.
Quiet Time 9:00pm til 8:00am - All of our sweet neighbors live here full time and are retired.
NO CONFETTI inside or outside - an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if found
NO MOVING furniture - a fee of $200 with be charged.
Max of 12 people allowed at the property at Anytime.
Max of 2 pets
No outside speakers - sound really travels in the cove.
Please do not trespass onto our neighbors properties. Stay on the sodded lawn and do not go past the fire pit or cross the lake or creek to our neighbors land.
Park ONLY on the driveway. Do not park on the street or off of the driveway at anytime.
No more than 5 cars allowed in driveway.
No parking off the street or in the grass.
If boating or jet skiing please note the entire cove is a no wake zone. Please be respectful. Only 1 docked boat allowed.
No smoking anything in the house.
No Fireworks on the property EVER
No events, parties, gatherings of more than 12 guest total on property at ANYTIME.
No diving off the dock - its only 4-5ft deep off the dock.

We do monitor our ring outdoor cameras.

We do enforce our house rules and you will be asked to leave without refund if our house rules are not followed.

Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.

Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County ordinances, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.
