There is so much to love about this newly built, exceptional home. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there is plenty of space to enjoy your holiday with your family and friends.

This house affords you the opportunity to spend some real quality time with friends. A front balcony with stunning ocean views and a back decked patio, there is more than enough space for everyone to enjoy themselves. Large open plan living, a huge modern kitchen, out door entertaining area and lastly the incredible view over looking Lake Curalo and Aslings beach. Just a short stroll to Lake Curalo and Aslings beach.

Other features that make this house a must stay for your next visit includes free Wifi, boat parking and the ability to walk to the beach.

Option 1 (4 Bedroom)

The bedding configuration consists of a Large main bedroom with king bed and ensuite, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of space to move.

The third bedroom consists of 2x single beds and the the 4th bedroom a set of single bunks.

Option 2 (5 Bedroom)

Composed of all of the features listed above, plus access to the downstairs section of the house (Internal stairs) which includes a 5th bedroom with a king bed, air conditioning, king bed and its own bathroom.

Please note that all linen is supplied (You need to bring your own beach towels)

Great space, but room to improve

This property was a big home that accommodated our family well with plenty of space. We were an 8 person group for a one week stay, unfortunately we have feedback regarding some features of the property. - ants were present everywhere. We were cleanly and not leaving food out. We had to purchase antrid ourselves for management of this including regularly taking the bins out. - minimal provisions were provided such as garbage bags (2 provided), dishwashing tablets and laundry powder & toilet paper. - the BBQ was unsafe and required pliers to turn on/off which is completely inappropriate. - dirty linen was found in the cupboard upon arrival. Overall the house was a reasonable stay with appropriate furnishings, appliances and crockery and cutlery that allowed us to have an enjoyable stay. The house hosts had great communication as well.

Fantastic House for larger group

Property was modern, clean and with all the appliances for a great stay. The two separate lounge areas is good if you have adults and children.

Great bright house, access to beach so convenient. Quiet family environment that suited us

House was not as clean as we expected, two blinds in bedrooms totally collapsed, stove very very slow, odour downstairs that I couldn’t air out. Wifi not present a real issue for us. Besides all this the beach and area magnificent we still had a good time. Manager Lisa was very attentive and assisted us well. Thank you we will see you again. There is something that I need to mention on our part, we came away with friends that had 3 children I feel the noise was not good. Apologies to the neighbours. My son and I will see you again Eden cove is magnificent. Kind regards Marija

Family catch up

We all loved staying here! We were catching up with our parents halfway between Sydney and Melbourne. The house suited us perfectly, loads of space and everything we needed. The house was very clean, but windows and outdoor tables hadn't been done in a long time, which was a shame because the view was beautiful. We will be back.

Location, spacious and comfortable

Kingfisher was as nice as it looks on the advertisement. The location was perfect to enjoy Eden and the surrounding areas. There was load of space for an extended group and everything was very well described by the property managers. A very comfortable base for a large group in a lovely part of the South Coast.

Eden house

House was fantastic & fit 6 adults and 3 small children perfectly. Another double room perjphaps also? I would also recommend a couple of large rugs on the cold concrete floor in the downstairs room. The red bin putside was full on our arrival. We only managed to squeeze 1 garbage bag in it and had to leave the 2 bins full inside and a couple of pizza boxes. Thank you so much. We would defiantly stay in this property again.
