The living room boasts a cozy ambiance with a gas and wood fireplace and RH furnishings. Step outside onto the heated deck, perfect for enjoying a beverage while taking in the surroundings. The main level also features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bath with a double vanity, and a second queen bedroom. A full bath and a laundry area with access to the garage complete this level. Descend to the lower level, where a spacious family room awaits, complete with a two-person infrared sauna and a TV area with gaming tables. Enjoy direct access to the outdoors via a walk-out patio featuring an in-ground hot tub and a cold plunge tank. This level also includes a queen bedroom, a full bath, and a bedroom with a double twin bunk bed, and a large theater room with a cozy couch.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The fully equipped kitchen includes a blender, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher detergent. Bathrooms offer shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. Enjoy luxury linens, towels, and hot tub towels. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV are provided. A laundry room with detergent is available. Additional amenities include a BBQ grill, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, and massage services. Free parking is available. There's a fire pit and stunning mountain and lake views. The house features a gas and wood-burning fireplace, as well as a private patio and balcony. Smoking and pets are not allowed. A first aid kit, extra pillows and blankets, and a pack and play are provided. Security cameras, smoke alarms, and carbon monoxide alarms are installed. Ski and snowboard storage is available.



Pet Policy Rules

Pet Approval: Only pre-approved pets are allowed under 30lbs. Please specify the type, breed, and size of your pet in your reservation.

Pet Cleaning Fee: An extra cleaning fee of $65 is required.

Number of Pets: A Maximum of 1 pet per stay.

Pet Behavior: Pets must be well-behaved, and owners are responsible for any damage, disturbances, or injuries caused by their pets.

Furniture & Premises: Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Please bring your own pet bedding.

Leash & Restraint: Pets must be leashed or restrained when outside the property, including in shared areas.

Waste Disposal: Guests must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.

Noise Control: Please keep pets quiet to avoid disturbing neighbors.

Health & Safety: Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from fleas or parasites.

Additional Charges: Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to pets will be deducted from the pet deposit.
