Cozy home in Edgartown near beach and downtown

Cute cape cod cottage right in Edgartown near amenities and downtown with easy access to bike paths to ride to the beach/ town. Enjoy large bedrooms, a spacious backyard with a gas grill for BBQ’s, and plenty of island activities! For the hot summer evenings we have installed a/c window units, but the weather is so pleasant you likely won’t need them!

We are located a block off of upper Main Street, near all amenities, including restaurants/ bars, grocery stores and retail shops. The house is about a mile from Edgartown lighthouse beach, 3 miles from Katama/ South Beach and 1.5 miles to State Beach (all easy bike rides if you don’t want to have a car on the island).

We have room for 2 cars in our driveway and there is no parking on the street. Bikes are by far the preferred mode of transportation which you can rent from Edgartown Cycle which is located on Upper Main, less than 500meters from our house.

There is one bedroom/ bath downstairs and 2 bedrooms/ 1 bath upstairs.

The first floor could be accessible for those with limited mobility- there are 2 steps up to the house from the front door but the rest of the downstairs area (kitchen/ living room and outside deck) are on the same level.
