Don't hesitate to stay at this property. Plenty of room, kitchen fully stocked and I'm saying for "10 people and more" Hosts, are the best I've had the pleasure of renting from. The coffee bar and smores kit was a nice touchBut the best is sittings around a huge fire pit with friends.Great place! The 10 Pak.

This is our second stay at this beautiful home. It feels like a cabin, but it has all the modern conveniences you need. It's very well kept and well stocked. And the owners are great to work with, always easy to contact. Looking forward to next year!

Kick Off to Summer

Eleven of us (girlfriends) met at the cabin for some much needed rest, relaxation and commraderie. The cabin was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed a riverside campfire each night & appreciated the complimentary s'mores provided. Communication with our host was excellent - prompt & helpful responses to all of our questions. The cabin lay out was perfect for those wanting to head to bed early, stay up and chat & read - or play cards. Thank you!

What a great week!

My kids, grandkids, and I had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and well maintained. It has big spaces where all of us could be together, but there are smaller areas if you want to be off by yourself. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. The owners are great to work with. I’ve already booked our stay for next year. packing

Very impressed with the property was perfect location for all of our Kayaking needs. Sandy Beach was completely underwater and fire pit due to high waters, but we may do by making that our kayak launch and moving the fire to the patio

Nice neighborhood - quiet. Right on the river. Easy to find. Clean. Plenty of space for a large group. Several towns and restaurants within a short drive. Would rent there again.

Perfect for family gathering

We stayed here for a family wedding in Janesville, and it could not have been better. Everyone had fun out by the river or just relaxing in the house. The pictures are accurate, it’s a big beautiful Wisconsin cabin. Brian and Daniel were extremely responsive to any questions we had, and even shipped some shoes that I left there back to me! We could not have been happier with our stay, and would rent this house again without question.

We loved it!

This water front property is nestled in a quiet, dog friendly neighborhood with picturesque views, & the owners are a 10 out of 10. They were incredibly attentive, patient, & quick to respond to our multitude of questions. A great location close to the interstate & a quick jont to visit Janesville &/or Madison. We found a clean home with plenty of bedding & a well stocked kitchen. Perfect for multi generations. There is a bedroom with washer/dryer & sink as you walk through the front door & a full bath across the hall so those with mobility challenges do not need to climb stairs. Bedrooms with plenty of sleeping options available on all 3 levels providing privacy. Bathrooms are located on the main & walk out levels. My nephew loved the game room which included a Pac-Man arcade game. My personal favorite was the beverage knook loaded with a coffee maker & variety of Door County coffees, mugs, syrups, & 2 beverage refrigerators with ample space for water, wine, soda, beer, milk, etc. As for outdoor life, hummingbirds fly about the property & a bald eagle sored pasted the large windows one morning. Drive slowly as we witnessed several deer families crossing the road throughout the day. While we chose to indulge in the canoe and kayak on the property during the quieter morning hours on the river, a Boonton boat is available for rent. Two types of outdoor seating are available along with a grill & Blackstone flat top on the deck & a large fire pit sits riverside.

All the Comforts of Home!

We gather as a family each year and choosing this property was the best thing we ever did! It accommodated comfortably our entire party with much room to spare. Too many special touches to mention, we cherished the quiet, private location. The boat was an incredible bonus and was enjoyed by all. Whatever we needed was within easy reach and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook a large meal. Thank you for sharing your property with our family. Room for the whole family (6 adults 3 kids) and dog. We had a great time swimming in the Rock river, playing on the swings and finding adventures in nearby Janesville. Kids loved playing with all the toys and Pac man game in the game room. Super responsive host. We made some great new family memories.
