This cosy cottage is set in the heart of the King valley wine and gourmet region overlooking mountains and boutique vineyards.
Enjoy a coffee on the front porch while listening to the sounds of the King river across the road, (only a 2 minute walk from your front door).
Food and wine experiences within 6-16 mins include cafes, hotels, cellar doors and restaurants.
Fish, swim and bike ride the region or simply walk next door to King River Estate to enjoy wine, dumplings & cheese platters.

Accommodation includes 4 queen size rooms and 1 bathroom.
It is ideally suited for two families, larger families or a couples childfree weekend away. The house has been recently renovated inside and includes hard wood floors and wood fire heater. Wood for heater available at extra cost.

Telephone coverage is inconsistent in parts of the house (perfect for a relaxing escape), but there is coverage outside. Optus and Telstra work best. There is no WiFi, but with plenty of boards games and rolling hills to captivate your attention, a great space to relax and unwind.
Strictly no cats on the property due to allergies please.
