Summerwind Villa is part of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge resort, which offers fantastic on-site amenities including an outdoor pool, tennis courts, a fitness center, mini golf, a playground, a beach cabana, and a volleyball court. Please note that Wyndham amenities are available for purchase at an additional cost inside the Wyndham Café, and access is not guaranteed due to a limited number of passes issued daily. Daily and weekly passes can be purchased and are a great addition to the experience at this already fantastic home.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort.
The fireplace is not for guests use.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
