The ground-level patio is a great place to chill and grill while you splash and play in the large private pool which is sure to be the centerpiece for fun and fellowship. A bright and poised interior is beaming with joyful sunlight and charisma providing a lovely reminder that you are at the beach and to savor the peace of your vacation. This home was designed with guests in mind featuring main bedrooms on both the first and second floor as well as an additional living area upstairs, equipped with another large flatscreen TV. No detail has been overlooked to ensure your comfort. The gorgeous open kitchen features granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances fit for any Lowcountry feast. Magnificent hard surface flooring, coastal accents, and exceptional furnishings will ensure you have Tons of Fun during your Edisto vacation for years to come.

The unit offers a whole house back up generator to make sure each stay is enjoyable even if there is an area wide power outage.
* The pool can be heated for an additional charge. There is a two-night minimum on pool heating which must be arranged through the local rental office at least two days before arrival.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 152 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
