✦ This property includes an upstairs unit, but you’ll enjoy complete separation with your own private entrance through the back door and an exclusive washer and dryer, so there’s no need to access the upstairs area. The suite is equipped with extensive soundproofing to help minimize noise between floors and maintain privacy. While we can’t guarantee complete silence, the soundproofing significantly reduces any sound.
