*Private home offers the convenience of staying near Whyte Ave shops and dining while living close to beautiful River Valley trails. Located in a mature neighborhood with treed boulevards that lead westward into the River Valley trail system; perfect for biking and hiking.
Families with children are most welcome. A range of children's books, toys and art supplies are provided in the house. A full-size crib with memory foam mattress, linens, highchair and baby bath are provided for guest use.
Please note the physical considerations listed below prior to booking:
-The guest home features multiple staircases and has a narrow outdoor walkway. If you have a stroller you can certainly store it inside on the first floor, which is a up a short set of stairs.
-There are no cupboard locks installed.
-There are some uneven (paved) areas on the walkway.
Please note that there is no backyard recreation space at the guest suite.
The neighbourhood has several green spaces to enjoy, and borders Edmonton's River Valley Trail system. All are within walking/biking distance.

-The excellent convenience of this home, being situated in a central urban environment, is appreciated by many guests. Not everything in the home is new and the decor is cozy.

-Inside the house it is very quiet. Although this home is not located on Whyte, please note that when windows are open there is audible traffic from Whyte Avenue, which is a popular hub in the city. Accordingly, foot traffic can also bring some noise through the neighbourhood. If you are seeking a stay with no noise outside, this home would not be a good fit for you.
This home has quiet hours in accordance with city noise observance from 2200-0700hrs / 10pm-7am. Sound must be kept within a reasonable and respectful level so as not to disturb neighbors.
