Please note that the garage and upstairs unit is a private area and not accessible to our guests. Owner lives in the upstairs unit.

Access to the Property
Please note that the main upstairs unit is occupied by the owner and is family. The upper main floor unit, garage and part of the driveway is not accessible to Airbnb guests.

• Sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement
This is a standard agreement that outlines the terms of your stay, house rules, and general policies. It helps protect both guests and hosts and allows us to maintain a high standard across our homes.
The agreement will be sent automatically after your booking is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few minutes.

Check-in instructions and entry details will be shared on the day of arrival or shortly prior, once the agreement has been completed.

We provide a starter pack of essentials, including coffee, salt/pepper, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper, body wash, dish soap, hand soap and other basic essentials to get you started. This covers most stays, but longer stays may require additional supplies, which will be the guest's responsibility to restock.
