The room was elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed — a space designed for genuine rest. Breakfast was outstanding, featuring high-quality ingredients and impeccable execution, made even more memorable by César, whose coffee and warm professionalism elevate the entire morning experience.
What truly distinguishes this property is the service. Gabriela, the concierge, is exceptional — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in creating a seamless stay. This level of care is present throughout the hotel and clearly reflects the leadership behind it.
All of this is expertly led by the owner, Eugenia, whose dedication to excellence is evident in every detail. Here, true luxury is the ability to recognize a need, fix it immediately, and ensure that every aspect of a guest’s stay is truly perfect. That level of responsiveness and accountability defines the experience.
