Guests have full private access to entire 1,950sf villa and outdoor balconies and patios.
You will receive a welcome packet at arrival with a key to the front door and lower patio door.
INFORMATION NEEDED BY HOST AFTER BOOKING
Since BVAHIA PEZ VELA is a gated community with a maned security gate at the entrance guests will need to provide the following:
1. Exact number of guests.
2. Names of each guest.
3. e-mail of primary guest.
4. Arrival information, Airline, and flight number.
5. Passport Number of each guest.
6. Cell phone number of guest making reservation.
Please include this information in the communication after your booking is accepted by the host so that it can be shared with the security personnel and on-site property manager.
The community has an on-site property manager to communicate with the guests prior to and during their stay. It is imperative to provide all of the above information so that your stay in Beautiful Costa Rica will be worry and stress free.

Liberia International Airport to BAHIA PEZ VELA.
The distance between the Villa at BAHIA PEZ VELA and Liberia International Airport is 28.9 kilometers (18 miles).
Liberia International Airport to BAHIA PEZ VELA by Car.
By car, it takes about 40 minutes to drive from Liberia International Airport to the Villa at BAHIA PEZ VELA. This route is mostly on the highway Route 21, Route 151 which is fully paved and easy to drive with clear signs. Upon entering the town of Coco you will be turning left off of route 151. These roads are through small villages and could be crowded with pedestrians, stray dogs and chickens, bikes, motorcycle, etc. Don't fear as you are very close to BAHIA PEZ VELA and the more often you drive this route the more familiar it will get.
There are many car rental companies in the Liberia International Airport. Since the airport is exceedingly small, the car rental companies will pick up clients from the airport and shuttle them to their airport office to pick up the car. All car rental company offices are within a 5–10-minute shuttle drive from Liberia International Airport.
PRIVATE TRANSFER FROM LIBERIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO BAHIA PEZ VELA.
There are shuttles available from Liberia Airport to BAHIA PEZ VELA. Since the ride is so short, private shuttles are cheaper and a better option than shared.
A private shuttle charges around $65-75 US dollars for a transfer up to eight people. The driver will wait for you directly at the airport when you land. It includes one stop along the way and offer door to door service (including vacation rentals). This is the most hassle free from way to get from Liberia International Airport to BAHIA PEZ VELA, if you are not renting a car.
TAXI/UBER FROM LIBERIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT to BAHIA PEZ VELA.
You will find a ton of taxis at Liberia International Airport. The most important thing is to take an official RED taxi. Prices should be similar to a private transfer and the official red taxi should turn on a meter.
Unfortunately, Uber does not readily exist at Liberia Airport. The airport police stationed there actually look for Uber drivers so you cannot depend on Uber at the Liberia International Airport.
It is best to pre-book a private transfer. That way you are guaranteed a safe ride.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Please CHECK-IN at the 24/7 security gate at the BAHIA PEZ VELA entrance to obtain your welcome package. The welcome package contains important information such as Villa entry details, pool passes, concierge service information, important telephone numbers, and other information to make your stay unforgettable and trouble free.
Please let the office know (either stop by or telephone #100) if you find anything wrong with the Villa so it can get corrected. If you have broken something or accidentally taken something home with you, PLEASE let the office know so it can be replaced prior to the next guests. We will be much more lenient on the fees if you fess up upfront.
