Welcome to "Montezuma," a classic beach holiday home nestled only a short stroll Elizabeth Beach. This home has all your creature comforts - prepare for a delightful getaway in your new 'home-away-from-home.'

"Montezuma" can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one recently renovated, and the second in the combined laundry/bathroom). For your convenience, there's ample space for two cars or a boat next to the house and we're also pet-friendly, should you choose to travel with your furry friends. The yard is large, but not fenced. There is a BBQ and seating on the back verandah.

Feel the cool breeze from our air conditioning system while lounging in the living area. Air conditioning also in the 2 front bedrooms. Back bedroom with the 2 single beds has a stand fan. Make use of our TV or just retreat to the balcony, glass in hand to soak up the beach vibes. Your culinary needs are also catered for in the kitchen, furnished with essential appliances including a dishwasher, microwave oven, stove and a refrigerator. A washing machine is also provided for your laundry needs.

Our location in Elizabeth Beach makes beach visits a breeze. Simply pack your beach gear and take a short walk to the beach for fun-filled family days out.

Positioned within the Booti Booti National Park, and boasting a unique backdrop of bare dunes, free from development, Elizabeth Beach promises to be a nature lover’s playground, complete with sensational walking tracks and some of the best views this stunning region has to offer. Furthermore, with Surf Life Saving patrols during holidays and those sun drenched summer weekends, Lizzies is the preferred spot for families to congregate, offering protected swimming, fantastic fishing around the rocky headlands and a boat launching site for those who want to explore further afield into the deep blue sea.
