*Two-night minimum stay during non-peak
*Three-night minimum stay for MLK, Presidents Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend, and the entire month of October into early November.
*Five-night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
