Beautiful modern 2 bedroom apartment, near trails, with big parking lot

This main floor apartment was new in 2021 and is perfect for a family, 2 couples, or a smaller group, in a great location!
You will love this modern and tasteful space with 2 bedrooms and one bath. There is plenty of room with 1000 sq ft of space. Both bedrooms are roomy; one bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has two twin beds. (Note that it is best suited for 4 people, but 5 can stay with one person on an air bed which we provide.) The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with ice and water on the door. The living room has comfy furniture, electric fireplace, and television with Hulu no ads, or stream from your own device.
The in-floor heat throughout the apartment will keep your feet nice and toasty during the colder seasons, and the new AC split unit will keep you cool and comfortable in the summer.
The back deck off of the living room faces a nice woodsy area. Visitors often see deer, rabbits, and other wildlife out back.
There is a large drive-through parking lot for bringing your trailers and parking them just outside your door. You can access local trails for ATVs, biking, hiking, snowmobiling, walking and skiing, all close by, right from the big, off street parking lot here!

Enjoy a walk or drive down to Semer's Park on Shagawa Lake. The park has playground equipment, picnic area, dock, and swimming beach. A walking trail takes you over bridges to the islands, which are always fun to explore, especially with children. Stony Ridge Resort next door to Semer's has breakfast and great burgers, and a nice outdoor seating area, as well as indoor seating.
If you are bringing a boat, there is a boat access to Shagawa Lake off of nearby Pioneer Road, and many other area lakes have public accesses.
Trezona Trail is a paved trail for walking, running, biking, and skiing that goes around Miner's Lake, right in city limits. The trailhead is just a few blocks away. There is a fishing pier on Miner's Lake as well as a boat access. Prospector Trail for ATVs can be accessed right from our door, as well as the Tomahawk and Taconite snowmobile trails. Hidden Valley has great single track and mountain bike trails, and skiing and snowshoe trails in the winter. Options are
many here in Ely! If shopping and lunch is more your style, enjoy browsing the unique shops Ely has to offer. How about treating yourself to a massage? Stop for lunch or dinner at one of the restaurants in town. Or stop in to Grand Ely Lodge on Shagawa Lake for a good meal, great view, and atmosphere.
