Small Family Beach will become your treasured place on the island! Only 30 yards from beach access, this 1 bedroom, 1 bath, almost-oceanfront, fully-furnished, linens-provided condo is located at Emerald Isle Beach.

We supply a beach wagon, beach chairs, large umbrella, and beach toys for the children. This is the perfect spot for a small family, with a queen and twin bed, ample living/dining areas, small but fully-equipped kitchen, and private washer/dryer. After a day at the beach, take a break in the furnished picnic area or stay in and watch a movie on the Smart Flat-Screen TVs. Don`t forget your pet! This home is pet friendly for a $50 pet fee, with WIFI provided for your convenience. At Small Family Beach, you can see the ocean and hear the waves on the shoreline outside the front windows, with the property`s charcoal and propane grills in back of the property.

Park a maximum of 2 cars, in the gravel parking lot on right (east) side of property. The entrance to Small Family Beach is around the corner, on the right (east) of the building. Small Family Beach comprises a bedroom with a queen bed, twin bed, flat-screen TV, and DVD player. The dining room and living room has a table, 3 chairs, 2 stools, 3-person couch, 2-person sofa, large flat screen TV, and DVD player. The small kitchen features an oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee-maker, toaster, blender, waffle-maker, and cake mixer. The small bathroom has a 1-person shower, sink, vanity, and commode. Additional amenities include a furnished picnic area, private washer and dryer, propane and charcoal grills, and wireless internet. Linens & Towels Provided! No Smoking.
