The moment you step inside, you'll be swept away by a beautifully decorated living area, which seamlessly flows into a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. With ample counter space, and everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal!



The true highlight of this property is the incredible outdoor space. Step outside and you'll find a breathtakingly beautiful backyard, complete with a large, sparkling pool that's perfect for soaking up the California sun. If you're looking for some rest and relaxation, the outdoor jacuzzi is just the ticket - soak in the warm bubbles while sipping a glass of wine and taking in the gorgeous surroundings.



And if you're looking for a truly unique experience, head to the outdoor wood-burning fireplace and snuggle up with a loved one under the stars. It's the perfect way to end a perfect day in paradise.



Inside, you'll find four spacious appointed bedrooms, each featuring plush bedding and linens, flat-screen TVs, and plenty of closet space. The bathrooms are newly remodeled.



Guest Access:

Guests will have complete access to all areas of the house, and prior to their arrival, we will provide them with comprehensive instructions for accessing the property.



The Neighborhood:

Encinitas is a beach city located in the North County area of San Diego County, California. It is approximately 25 miles north of San Diego, between Solana Beach and Carlsbad, and about 95 miles south of Los Angeles. Encinitas is a community with a relaxed beach town vibe mixed with a vibrant, tourist-friendly, and buzzing downtown. The city has plenty of walking trails among the environmentally protected wetlands.

Self Realization Fellowship Hermitage & Meditation Gardens: This beautiful garden is a peaceful and serene place to visit, with koi ponds, waterfalls, and beautiful flowers.

San Diego Botanic Garden: This garden is a great place to explore and learn about different plants and flowers. There are also many events and classes held here throughout the year.

Moonlight State Beach: This beach is a popular spot for swimming, surfing, and sunbathing. There are also volleyball courts and fire pits available for use.

Swami's Beach: This beach is known for its great surf and beautiful views. It is also a popular spot for yoga enthusiasts.

Cardiff State Beach: This beach is a great spot for swimming, surfing, and sunbathing. There are also tide pools to explore and a campground nearby.

La Paloma Theater: This historic theater is a great place to catch a movie or live performance.

Encinitas Historical Society and 1883 Schoolhouse: This museum is a great place to learn about the history of Encinitas and the surrounding area.

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

-This is a family friendly neighborhood, not a party place. We do not tolerate disrespectful behavior; the following are strict rules:

-NO late night noise outside. Quiet Hours strictly enforced (10pm to 8am)

-NO smoking of any kind (inside & outside)

-Noise & smoke is monitored and are strictly enforced. No exceptions. Violation will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.



-Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.

-Furnishings and amenities are subject to change.

-Pool is serviced every Wednesday.

-Pool Heat Fee: Pool heating is available for $150/day in summer (June–August) and $250/day in winter (September–May). The target temperature is 80–85°F, though slight fluctuations may occur due to weather conditions. Fees are non-refundable once heating is activated.

-Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

-As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

Pets allowed case by case basis. Please provide age, breed an size prior to booking. Pet fee will be applied.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
