1800 square feet under roof. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry & Wi Fi. There is a large screen flat panel TV in the great room and each bedroom. The unit is within walking distance of restaurants.

If parking is tight on the main property for your vehicle, we can accommodate oversized and any sized vehicles at our sister property next door. Plenty of space and parking available. You are allowed to bring more than one vehicle as well.

PLAN ACCORDINGLY: We have provided the minimum essentials to get you started. Such as 1 paper towel roll, minimal toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, etc. We are a vacation rental and not a hotel, so once you run out of the initial supplies it is up to you with what you need. Anything else you may need during your stay; the nearest Publix and Walmart is less than 10 minutes away from the property

CHECK-INS: All check-ins are a self check-in process. For security purposes, access instructions will be sent to you the day of your arrival through Vrbo messaging. Thank you.

EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM EST (or afterwards). If you need the property prior to check-in time, please be made aware that early check-ins cannot be confirmed or guaranteed until the day of your arrival.

CHECKOUT: All checkouts are at 10 A.M. Please strip the sheets, clean your dishes and throw away all garbage prior to departure. Thank you.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

Welcome to Manasota Key, from the north tip of the island to the south, this quant 11 mile island is picture perfect “old Florida”. This island is unique in which half is in Sarasota County and the other half is Charlotte County. It consists mainly of Englewood Beach in Charlotte County, Florida and is part of the Punta Gorda Metropolitan.

MANASOTA KEY BY MORNING
In the mornings head out your front door and down to the beach where you will find dolphins and other sea creatures making an early morning appearance. Or enjoy a quick bike or car ride to sightsee around the island and find yourself breath taken by the unique layout of the island.

MANASOTA KEY BY AFTERNOON
There are great restaurants on the Key with daily food and drink specials. For a quick drive off the island, enjoy a delicious lunch at Farlows on the Water. One of the best in the area!
