Indulge yourself in this executive cozy hi-end newly built 3 bedrooms, 2,5 bathroom house with Large (optionally) heated swimming Pool. *House build in December 2018
The perfect get-a-way for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) in warm, sunny Englewood, Florida.
The House offering Split concept of Master bedroom with Serta king mattress, TV, dresser, walk-in closet, free standing bath tub, walk-in shower and solid surface counters with 2 separated sinks.
The Master bedroom suite offers private access to the lanai through sliding glass doors.

The Gourmet Kitchen features granite counter tops, White cabinets, dishwasher, microwave, Fully equipped kitchen if cooking a meal is in your plans: pots and pans, toaster, blender, all Tableware, silverware, cookware, drinkware etc.
The outdoor also offers a grilling area with gas grill.

The living room space extends via sliding glass doors to the large screened lanai and pool area. The (optionally) heated pool and deck is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing.
The screened patio equipped with table for 8, lounge chars, zero gravity chairs and other things for you to enjoy and entertain your stay.

We loved this home! Everything we needed was provided for and Yev and Luba were very responsive to our questions. Overall, the home was exactly what our family needed for a week away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Car Show Trip

We went to Florida for a car show, it was amazing!! The house was beautiful and was so spacious, the pool was heated and plenty of space for our party of 6. It was honestly the best house we’ve ever rented. 20/10!! And Luba and Yev communicated everything and responded super quick!! Super close to the beach as well.

Absolutely perfect!

This was our first visit to Englewood and we had a wonderful time! We’ve stayed in several homes over the years on trips and this is by far the cleanest. Everything was immaculate. Check in was easy, the owners are quick to answer questions and very helpful. We enjoyed the pool area and lounging around the house as well as many great restaurants that are less than 10 mins away. We are looking forward to our stay next summer!

Perfect home

This property is immaculate and has no evidence of any hurricane damage. Beautiful home with comfortable furniture and bedding in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Kitchen is stocked with anything you could need. Plenty of extras for a trip to the beach (our favorite by far was on Boca Grande) and for use in the perfect pool. The owners have truly thought of everything.

Second time we've stayed here...such a great place!

This is our second stay at this vacation rental. It's such a great property! Quiet neighborhood, love the private pool, and the house is beautiful. It has everything you could possibly need, even supplies for the beach which is extremely helpful since we are from out of state and wouldn’t be able to bring those items ourselves. It's a short drive to the beach, as well as tons of great restaurants. The hosts are always great to work with too. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Englewood Surprise

Yev and Luba refer to their home as their happy place and now we know why! This was our first time visiting the Englewood area and we had a wonderful time exploring the area and staying in their beautiful home. The house is spotless, well stocked and perfectly comfortable for our family of five. The highlights of our trip included morning yoga on Englewood Beach (hosted by Loving Light Yoga), breakfast at Magnolia’s (just down from the beach), sunset dolphin tour with Lemon Bay Tours , “Wine Down Wednesday” (1/2 price bottles of their featured wines plus amazing food and live music) at Wine Bar & Bistro, walking through the mangroves and spotting a bald eagle on our hike through Lemon Bay Park, and stopping off at Brohard Paw Park on Venice Beach to play with doggies because we were missing ours!! Yev and Luba’s happy place is now our happy place too!

Wonderful from the moment we opened the door!

As soon as we walked in we knew we had made the right choice. The house was spotless and far more furnished and equipped than we have ever experienced. The kitchen had more appliances, dishes, glasses, silverware which made it feel like home. There were even spices etc available which helps when travelling. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms spacious and very clean. And....there is the pool! Very clean and warm and private. We swam day and night and enjoyed every minute. The neighborhood was quiet and a quick drive to stores, restaurants and everything Englewood offers. We loved the area and plan to winter here in a couple of years. We would certainly stay here again and will recommend to anyone. Great place and we thank you!!!

Gorgeous, Modern House!

This house is even better than the pictures! When we arrived the house was immaculately clean! It's located in a beautiful and QUIET neighborhood. Check-in/Check-out was contact-less, and a breeze. The house was the perfect size for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children). We found it hard to leave on any given day because we had the perfect size private pool, the amazing fully-stocked kitchen with all the appliances you could ever need, and a brand new gas BBQ grill right by the lanai. There were plenty of pool/beach towels to spare and all the linens were top-of-the-line!! All the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The house is only 15 min away from Englewood Beach, and it only took a short drive to get to Sarasota and other attractions in the nearby area. The Owners and House Manager were always available if we had any questions, and were super friendly. I would DEFINITELY rent this gorgeous house again. I highly recommend it! It truly was our home away from home.
