Guests will appreciate the complimentary golf-cart shuttle service that provides transportation around Manasota Key, though with the beach so close, you may not even need it.

The duplex features stylish coastal design and comes fully furnished for modern comfort. Each level includes an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker, allowing everyone to cook and dine with ease. Gather together in either of the comfortable living rooms, each equipped with plush leather seating and a smart TV with streaming apps. Enjoy casual breakfasts at the three-seater breakfast bars or dine together between both units at tables that seat up to ten. Central air-conditioning keeps the space cool, and free WiFi ensures you stay connected throughout your stay.

Soak up the Florida sunshine on two private decks, each furnished for alfresco lounging or dining. Fire up one of the shared gas grills located in the garage under Unit A (code 5011) and enjoy a barbecue together. An assortment of shared beach gear—including chairs, wagons, floaties, and umbrellas—is provided for guest use. A shared washer and dryer are also available in the garage for added convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
