This stylish ground-floor studio combines comfort and practicality. It features a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, a breakfast bar with stools, and a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and washing machine.
The studio offers secure access via a smart lock and video doorbell. Guests can enjoy a smart TV, high-speed USB and USB-C charging ports, ample storage, heating controls, and tasteful artwork throughout.

Buses typically run every 20â30 minutes from ~05:45 to ~00:15.

Smoking, vaping or taking illegal substances in or around the property is strictly forbidden. This includes the back garden and front driveway. For non-compliance you will be fined a minimum of ÂŁ500 and you may be asked to leave.
No candles, incense, burners or similar to be used in the property or in the garden.
Standard check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is before 11am. You may be charged for any late checkout that has not been authorised in advance.
This is a residential neighbourhood so please refrain from making excessive noise. Quiet times are 10pm to 7am, when noise should be kept to a minimum, including TV volume.
Please note that a minimum of ÂŁ100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a ÂŁ50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the property.
