Located in Erquy, approximately 850 metres from Plage du Centre and 1.3 km from shops, this 160 m² character house accommodates up to 9 guests. It is well suited to families and multi-generational stays looking for space, practical organisation and an outdoor area that is easy to enjoy.

On the ground floor, the spacious living area of more than 40 m² combines a lounge and dining room. The round table with extensions is suitable for shared meals, while the board games are ideal for quieter evenings after exploring the coastline.

The separate kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Its table with two benches makes it easy to prepare everyday meals or picnics before a day on the coast.

Sleeping arrangements include:

- 1 upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds 80x200
- 1 upstairs bedroom with 1 single bed 80x190
- 1 upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds 80x190 and toilet
- 1 upstairs bedroom with double bed 140x190 and private bathroom

A second upstairs bathroom includes a bath, shower and washbasin. Separate toilets are also available.

The terrace becomes a genuine outdoor living area during sunny days: teak table, benches, garden armchairs, sun loungers, deck chair, charcoal barbecue, offset parasol and electric awning. The enclosed garden and table tennis table allow guests to enjoy the outdoors without leaving the property.

Private parking in the courtyard makes arrivals, departures and returns from the beach easier.

From the house, guests can easily alternate between swimming, walks towards Cap d'Erquy approximately 2 km away and discovering wilder beaches such as Plage de Lourtuais approximately 1.6 km away.
