Beachhouse On Beautiful Sand Beach Near Escanaba

The beachhouse has views of Lake Michigan with a glimpse of the Door County shoreline on the horizon. A sand beach is 100' from the beachhouse deck which you can walk for almost a mile....and natural wetlands on the property provide a great place to explore wildlife. Early risers may be greeted with beautiful sunrises, deer on the beach or eagles seeking prey. The deck is perfect for relaxing on the loungers, enjoying a coffee or cocktail....or just taking in the serene and picturesque setting.

The space
Great lake views, walking the beach, swimming, bbq, hanging out with friends and/or family. Kayak, paddleboarding, or canoeing off the beach. One queen Tempurpedic adjustable power bed and mattress, two twin foam mattresses in the loft and a full pullout couch provide sleeping for up to six people (Loft access is by ladder which would be best for older children or nimble adults).

55" Samsung Smart TV with Amazon Firestick, Prime, PBS and many other apps and an Amazon Alexa connected to AM/FM stereo receiver/high quality inside/outside speakers. Deck chairs, loungers, 5-burner stainless steel propane grill. Two canoes with paddles and life vests, standup paddleboard with paddles, childrens' beach toys, yoga mats, weights, foam roller and stretchbands are available to guests as are Keurig k-cup and french press coffee makers, 4-slot toaster and electric wine bottle opener. A fully stocked kitchen includes condiments, food staples, spices and more with complimentary k-cup coffee pods.

Other things to note
You will be staying in a residential area with neighbors who will be sharing the public beach. We trust that our guests will act thoughtfully and respectfully toward them. Hosts may be present on adjacent property.

The loft is accessible by ladder (see photos) and can be demanding for some people and has limited headroom which may be problematic for some people. If you have questions about the use of the loft, please contact me.
