The Villa is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility

OTHERS

Although everything is done to ensure that you have the best possible stay with your friends, your family or your colleagues, large unrestrained parties and guests not included in the booking are not allowed. The Villa is not intended for big festive gatherings nor any other noisy event in large numbers.

Outside, noise must be limited, meaning you can chat, have an aperitif, dine, laugh, enjoy the swimming pool but no music day or night. Quiet hours are requested from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. outside out of respect for the neighborhood, meaning no loud noise / no party overnight.

Don't worry, the lounge will be waiting for you with your favorite music on. There is no noise restriction inside :)

A credit card security deposit of €2000 must be paid no later than 24 hours before your arrival. It will only be retained in the event of damage or breach of the house rules. Cheques and cash are not accepted. Any broken or damaged items or furniture will be charged at their full replacement value.

For compliance and security reasons, a digital contract (including identity and address) must be completed before arrival.
The secure link will be provided once the booking is confirmed. ID cards or passports for all guests will be required in order to access the villa.

The cleaning costs does not prevent you from leaving the villa clean and the dishes tidy.

You may be charged additional fees in the event of non-compliance with the house rules.
