Geniales Hotel mit super Personal

Ich war mit einem Freund im Riad Etoile de Magador und es hat uns beiden super gefallen! Das Frühstück war jeden morgen Frisch zubereitet und uns auf die Dachterasse gebracht worden. Zudem half uns das Personal beim Organisieren einer Quad Tour.

No room -l said they don't use ebookers!?!

By the time they finished phoning their friends to find us a room elsewhere it was late and we had to pay their friends road more. They said they were booked out since 3 days before and that they don't use ebookers. There were still 2 rooms available at their hotel on ebookers that evening.

We are sorry for the inconvenience but we never received your booking but we still found you a room elswhere. As for what you paid we told them not to overcharge you but apparently they did and that we can't control.
