Hallett Peak 101 is a rustic 2BR/2BA condo with views of Mary's Lake and the Rocky Mountains.

The open-concept living, dining and kitchen areas allow for easy family time, featuring full-size appliances, comfy couches, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The living area also cleverly conceals a queen-size Murphy bed.

The laundry room is conveniently located in a closet off the kitchen. The guest bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private full bath. The master bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and its own private full bath with a jetted tub and shower combo. Please note both beds are tall beds.

Accommodating up to six people, Hallett Peak 101 is the perfect mountain home away from home. Book your stay today!

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

What to be aware of:

This condo has a mini split unit, not central A/C.

Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.

No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.

No outside fires.

Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.

Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

Shared Hot Tub-children under 12 are not allowed to use the hot tub, ages 12-18 must be with an adult.

Must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.

Quiet time at 9pm.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, additional supplies and toiletries can be purchased in town.

Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.

Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

Very well kept and stocked property. Beds were extremely comfortable which I find to be rare and extremely clean unit. I don’t know why people complain about the tiny sink in the blue bathroom, it’s small but sufficient and has shelving next to it and a medicine cabinet above. Balcony has a great view but is the only place to get a view there isn’t one from the living area really though that wasn’t really a bother. The only aspect I would comment on is no dedicated parking for the unit so if you get back late you could end up having to park in the lower lot, however for loading and unloading it’s fairly easy to pull up directly in front of the stairs. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. This is a very family friendly unit with a great central location. There are plenty of towels provided and the washer and dryer work great.

Overall stay was very nice. We were a bit surprised by the size of the sink in the one bathroom (not shown in property pictures). Bed was very comfortable. The literature provided by email prior to the stay indicated there was a garage, however that must have been for a different property. We weren't expecting it so that was fine.

It started with being notified an hour before check in that the refrigerator was not working and they had a mini dorm refrigerator for us to use. This was not fixed during our stay. The main reason we went with a VRBO is for a kitchen. Especially a refrigerator. We could not do a full grocery trip or stock the fridge with beers for my husband. We also eat out and always have leftovers that our boys love. But we couldn’t do that either.We did not read the listing well enough. We did not realize AC was not listed, the family room had AC. But the bedrooms were unbearably hot.The place was not very clean: stained towel, dusty ledges, filthy balcony, carpet remnants in closet, etc.The listing mentions how they are not responsible for the pool. They shouldn’t list a picture, the picture makes it look nice. The hot tub did not work the first couple days. And it was disgusting. The entire pool area was run down, dirty and falling apart.The balcony was dirty, the furniture was very dirty, falling apart, and missing a cushion.The floors were uneven. And the building next door had been removed. Made us feel like our building was about to fall down.I could go on about a few other things. Overall, this was the worst rental I’ve ever stayed in. Read the listing carefully and read the reviews.

Fantastic location at a great price

Less then 10 minutes from downtown Estes and RMNP made this a great choice for our family. The pool and hot tub made for relaxing days after walking all over downtown or hiking all over the national park.

The views were gorgeous!

You really cannot beat the view on the balcony and proximity to RMNP! It is pretty cramped with the way furniture is set up (smaller than pictures portray) but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Also is super confusing to try to find it bc GPS doesn’t lead you there due to construction. The condo was really nice and put a pack n play and a high chair before we even got there. Also had ample soap, toilet paper, etc for our long weekend. All in all, I would stay there again! :)

There were five of us, parents and three adult children, and we were very comfortable there. The views from the balcony were stunning! We were close to the local attractions which made hiking trips and visiting town very enjoyable. Parking lot was a bit full but we managed.

Winter Hiking Weekend

This was in the PERFECT location for a long hiking weekend. Less than 10 minutes from the park entrance, we were able to get on the trails early and not have to worry about a long drive in the evening. It's also super close to downtown Estes Park. Kitchen was well equiped for preparing our meals and snacks. Plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathroom. There's also a couple cleaning pods that come with the washer and dryer which helped with our snowy clothes. It was warm and cozy and exactly what we needed. We didn't spend much time in the place other than sleeping. The views off the porch were incredible. Definitely stop at the Bird's Nest nearby if you like codfee.

Was really close to everything in town. This place had a great view, one of the mountains and two of the wild life here. My friend loved watching the deer in the morning. It was a very relaxing vacation spot! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Estes.

Great place for our family of five

We absolutely loved the location of this condo. It allowed for a very quick entry into the park without having to buy the Estes crowds. It was a great size for our family to have just enough space. The pool closed early every night we were there which was a bummer for our kids, but we recognize that this reflects on the HOA, not this property.
