Situated in the Fall River Valley, Johnny Horns embodies modern luxury amidst Colorado`s timeless beauty. Nestled just below Deer Mountain, this newly built home features 10-foot picture windows with unobstructed views of the Rockies. We actually purchased the lot in front of our home to protect these views forever.

Our home is just a mile from the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park -- fewer homes are closer. That means that deer, elk, bobcat and other animals often visit our yard. The Milky Way shines brightly overhead, and the quiet is a novel experience for many. When you want to go hiking, you`ll be at Ranger gate in a minute.

Downtown Estes is just four miles away, with numerous restaurants, shops, a seasonal farmers market, festivals, and the iconic (and haunted!) Stanley Hotel.

Johnny Horns is the perfect retreat to escape from everything and completely reset, all while enjoying brand-new, luxurious, and modern mountain living.

Upstairs Landing: A pull-out queen sofa bed offers sleeping for two more.

Open Living Area: The living/kitchen/dining area flows together, with giant windows maximizing the epic views. Large glass doors open onto the wraparound porch, bringing the outdoors in. The living area includes spacious seating, a cozy gas fireplace, and a 65″ smart TV.

Entertainment: We have books and games, TVs, and best of all, an outdoor gas fire pit right off the deck, with perfect mountain views.
