This spacious townhouse is where comfort meets style. With the fantastic location, you are steps away from all the action on the waterfront. This home provides comfortable spaces for everyone with additional entertainment area in the street-side gathering space.

Chelsea Cottage offers a prime location on Park Street near all the activity in town. It’s a short walk to the Lake Days Aqua Playground (seasonal), beachfront, Boardwalk Pool, Resort Pool, pop-up shops, Mama Tigs Wood Fired Pizza, The Meeting House, The Pantry, and Food Truck Park.

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage features a spacious open living/dining/kitchen area, with the added comfort of a large sectional and large screen TV paired with a Bose Bluetooth soundbar. The dining table seats 10, and the space can be extended through two French doors leading out to a sunroom with Polywood patio settees and chairs. The kitchen has a large island that which seats 4, GE appliances, iCoffee K-cup brewer, and is fully stocked with the essentials to meet the needs of the best cook. It is adjoined by a half bath.

The downstairs master suite features a king-sized bed with Purple mattress, TV, walk-in closets, and a bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Just off the rear entry mudroom is a downstairs laundry room with a GE washer/dryer and spacious storage. Heading upstairs, you’ll be greeted by a cozy TV/game room, with a Wii game system and plenty of board games to entertain the family.

Chelsea Cottage features two upstairs bedrooms. The first has a king bed and the second has two twin XL bunk beds with Purple mattresses. Each bedroom has a large walk-in closet. They are attached by a Jack and Jill style bathroom, with a shared toilet/shower area but each room has its own sink area. Upstairs there are French doors leading out to a large balcony with Cync-controlled string lights, outdoor ceiling fans, and 4 Polywood rocking chairs. The balcony overlooks all the activity on Park Street and offers limited views of Lake Eufaula.

Enjoy the high-tech touches throughout the house, with all Roku-enabled TVs featuring Starlink satellite service and streaming services including FuboTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, PBS Kids, and much more. This property has a propane grill for guests to use.

Outside you will find plenty of street-side parking and a street-side gathering space with your own wood-burning fire pit and Polywood chairs and bench.

Additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.
