This coastal-inspired lake house has all the designs of modern luxury and family comfort. The home overlooks Red Bud Park and has two outdoor spaces that allow your family and friends to gather and relax, with the safety of watching your kids play in the beautiful, wooded park.

The first floor has a bright open floor plan where you can gather at the large kitchen island and breakfast bar. Enjoy eating on the family-sized vintage dining table or lounge in the living room playing games or watching a movie. There is a conveniently located half bath just off the kitchen.

The first-floor's luxurious master suite has a bright, dreamy king-size bed with a large master bathroom and white barn-style door. The master is equipped with its own HDTV to allow the comforts of your own home, but the luxury feel of a resort vacation home.

At the top of the stairs, there is another gathering area complete with a couch, that also doubles as a twin bed and sleeping area. This area has a HDTV and DVD/BlueRay player. The first bedroom is a bright nautical-themed bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed, sitting area and has a beautiful view of the park. The third bedroom of this home is a coastal-inspired bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a marble countertop, double vanity sinks, and a large tub/shower.

From the second-floor landing, you will also see a large custom step ladder to give you safe access to every child’s dream style loft with five custom built-in twin beds. This may be your child’s favorite space!

Within a short walking distance, you have access to the Tower Court Pool. Other attractions a short distance away are Bocci Ball Park, the Boardwalk Pool, and the lakeside beach where you have access to paddleboards, life vests, and kayaks within the beautiful cove.

This home has its own gas grill/charcoal smoker combo for personal use by each rental family. The Verana is the perfect vacation rental home for anyone. Enjoy true resort-style living at Carlton Landing in this lakeside retreat.

Verana has 2 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay.
