As you walk through the front door you will find a modern kitchen that offers select stainless appliances and fully stocked cabinets with all your cooking needs. It opens into the dining area, with table seating for 6 and seating for 4 at the counter. The living room offers plenty of space, the perfect place to gather in the evening with family and friends.

Down the hall, you will find the primary ensuite king bedroom private bathroom with dual sink vanities and shower. Close by is a convenient half-bath and laundry room by the back door of the home.

As you walk up the staircase to the second level of the home you will find the coolest bunk room! This room will have you dreaming of all the places you want to explore. The bunkroom has balcony access.

The second bedroom features a king-size bed plus balcony access to take in the views of Carlton Landing. The shared full bathroom for the guest rooms is located in the hallway. This property has a propane grill for guests to use.
